Dažnai medžiagos į objektus ateina su krovinio važtaraščiais, todėl nežinomos medžiagų kainos ir PVM sąskaitos-faktūros dokumento Nr.. Kai buhalterija gauna faktūrą, reikalinga pasirinkti AIVA programoje  iš Gautų medžiagų važtaraščių sąrašo  to tiekėjo, kuris atsiuntė faktūrą medžiagų gavimo dokumentus ir sutikrinti jau įrašytus į duomenų bazę medžiagų kiekius ir kainas.
